We’re Experiencing a Wee Bit of Irish in Baton Rouge

Corey and I are traveling in the U.S. right now; and while in Louisiana, we’re taking in a bit of Irish and Celtic Culture.

Music and Good Times

This Friday, April 19th, we’re joining a casual céilidh put on by the Celtic Society of Louisiana. The evening of music and fun will be held at their new “An Chisten” (located behind the office for Holly Construction and Highland Electric: 1969 Carolyn Sue Dr near Airline Hwy off Old Hammond Rd). You’re invited to bring a snack to share, your own beverage, and your favorite tune.

Shard Jewelry and a Gathering of Friends

While in Baton Rouge, we’re also hosting a Trunk Show with my shard jewelry… which will include some very special Irish and Scottish pieces. The event will be held on Thursday, April 18th from 5-8pm, at Gabriella Rothschild’s (7384 Highland Rd STE-b, Baton Rouge). If you’re in the area, please stop by and enjoy some wine, cheese… oh and jewelry 🙂

If you’re in the area, please stop by and say, “Hi!”

  1. Loved your story of the homeless man in Tucson and the lady with whom you donated to help families in need.
