What a Find! Tourist Discovers Rare Book at Limerick Milk Market

Jason Ludlow with his rare copy of Wuthering Heights – www.limerickleader.ie
I’ve been to a lot of markets in Ireland, but I certainly didn’t have the keen eye of Jason Ludlow. He’s a tourist from South Africa who picked up an American first edition copy of Emily Bronte’s classic Wuthering Heights for €3. The same book sells for €8,000!
He found the treasure at the Limerick Milk Market. One of the largest of its kind in Ireland, it has been around since 1852, but has undergone some major upgrades in the last year.
