A Call for Artists

Contact Form Shortcode Error: Form 1 does not exist

Artists Eye on Ireland

We already know our readers are among the most passionate of Irish travelers… so we’re hoping to find the creative souls among the group and feature their artwork at the Irish Fireside.

We’re most interested in your digital images of paintings, illustrations, sketches, sculpture, multimedia and other visual work. Photography is accepted, but please only send your very best images (we’re not looking for random trip snapshots this time).

We’re not art snobs, so don’t be afraid to share your creativity. However, properly scanned or photographed images will fare much better. Here are the details:

  • Content of the artwork must have a connection to Ireland or Irish-interest.
  • Artwork MUST be created by you.
  • You agree to allow us to display your artwork on our website (you maintain all rights to your work)
  • The uploader below should make it easy to send us your jpg, png or gif file (images must be at least 800 pixels wide… note: the system will reject files over 2mb).
  • If you have questions or feel your work needs explanation upfront, please email Corey@IrishFireside.com.

  1. How long do we have to submit? I have a great idea but will need to create it first…

    • We’re hoping to turn it into an ongoing feature, so go ahead and start creating.

  2. Hi,
If my photo is added will I get an e-mail notification?
Also, as above, why do I have to wait 6 months to submit another photo?
    It states-
Your artwork and information has been sent. Thank you. If you have more artwork you’d like to submit, please wait 6 months.

    • We do send an email when we post artist’s photos and only post one image per artist, so multiple entries floods our inboxes.

  3. I don’t know if my images came through and am not sure how I can also include titles.
