Michele’s Leprechaun Mashed Potatoes

No leprechauns were harmed during the making of this recipe. But they would love to eat the potatoes on St. Patrick’s Day – if you can catch them!


  • 6 large potatoes, peeled & cut in chunks
  • 8 oz frozen peas
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • A tablespoon or two of milk or cream (optional)
  • A knob of butter (optional)
