The Real Craggy Island

Turtle Bunbury explores Inis Mor, the little island that has made it’s mark on Irish culture through music, film and television. Although known in their own right, the Aran Island gained some attention with the Irish television program “Father Ted” which set three eccentric priests on the fictitious Craggy Island.

  1. Craggy Island was mentioned in the movie “DA” with Martin Sheen as well.
