Frozen Black Irish Recipe
2 tsp Coffee Liqueur
2 tsp Brady’s Irish Cream
2 tsp Boru IrishVodka
2 scoops chocolate ice cream – 2/3 cup
Serves 1 – Most blenders can make four servings at a time
Add ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth (a Black Irish cocktail would be served immediately at this point, but our recipe goes one step further).
Pour mixture into a freezer safe bowl. Place in freezer for at least two hours or until firm.
Serve with berries, oranges, cookies or light cakes.
An alcohol-free variation can be made by replacing the alcohol with 2 tsp of brewed coffee and 2 tsp of chocolate syrup.
